Fall Festivals Abound in and Near Ormond Beach

This year’s Halifax Art Festival is slated for November 2^nd and 3^rd. Now in its 57^th year in Daytona Beach, this is one of the oldest continuous art festivals in the state. Benefitting the Museum of Arts and Science, organizers expect more than 450,000 guests. At least 250 artists and vendors are slated to participate this year.

Greek Festival

For more than 40 years, the Saint Demetrios Greek Festival has been an entertainment and cultural staple in Central Florida. Scheduled for November 7 - 10 this year, organizers say the free event is an opportunity for everyone to become immersed in Greek culture. That includes authentic food and drink, entertainment, and more. Crafts and souvenirs will also be available for purchase.

Throughout the year, other similar cultural events are held in and around Ormond Beach. That includes the Celtic Festival, Jewish Heritage Festival, Oktoberfest, and many more.

Riverfest Seafood Festival

Ormond Beach is the annual home to the Riverfest Seafood Festival, now in its 11^th year. Slated for November 16 and 17 at Rockefeller Gardens and Fortunado Park, here’s where you can sample locally-caught seafood, and also enjoy music and other entertainment options.

Conveniently located close to downtown Ormond Beach, this event also features demonstrations, a kids’ fishing clinic, and more.  Both parking and admission are free.
